Our panoramic saltwater pool sits on the edge of the hill, looking straight out across the valley to the Sibillini Mountains. Salt-filtered rather than chlorinated, it is framed by sun loungers and the open-sided shade house for long, slow sunny afternoons in Le Marche.

The communal outdoor kitchen with bar seating is built around a legendary Ofyr fire BBQ and Städtler pizza oven, with a large dining table under the grapes close by. Once the sun drops behind the mountains, this is where guests can gather for long, unhurried dinners under the open sky.

Set into the hillside for uninterrupted valley views, the pool is salt-filtered rather than chlorinated, softer on skin and eyes. Fermob Sun loungers under Umbrosa flexible parasols and Fermob rocking chairs in the open-sided shade house, that we designed and made outselves, make it easy to spend a whole day here, moving between water, shade and sun as the light shifts over the Sibillini Mountains and the valley in front and swallows skim over the water.
Ein Vier-Jahreszeiten-Garten
The landscaped garden changes with the year: blossom and flowers with many butterflies and bees in spring, lavender, African lilies and roses in summer, red and yellow colours in autumn and green and red nuance in winter. Paths and stairs link the terraces, the fitness, the pool and various seating areas, so there is always a quiet spot to settle into, in full sun or deep shade.

The shared outdoor kitchen is anchored by the Ofyr BBQ and Städtler pizza oven and has a bar-dining zone. The place where guests gather for long, unhurried dinners once the sun drops behind the mountains. There is a large Fermob dining table nearby under the grapes and a lounge area with dinner table for 2 at a level just below. At an even lower level in the garden, the Norwell outdoor fitness area lets you start the day with a workout in the fresh mountain air, a few steps from the pool for the cool-down afterwards.
